- BEARINGS : Premium quality bearings smoothens the working of the machine. The fitting of bearings is outside the machine so as to facilitate easy change / replacement of the same.
- Roll : A step - like shafting is fitted in the Roll which holds the input tightly and does not loosen later on and hence, does not require getting welded.
- GEARS : Two main gears of the Roll are made of steel to avoid any kind of wear - n - tear. Large gears are heavy and therefore, lasts for a longer time. The gears are made as per standard specifications.
- SHAFT : The thickness of Pulley and Shafting is maintained at a level where no possibility of getting the shaft bend exists and works quite strongly.
- LUBRICATION : Even inner parts can get lubricated easily, plastic pipe fittings for oiling is arranged. There is also an easy system to grease the bearings for smooth running.

- SECURITY : To keep the hands of machine operator safe and secure from accident, a "Safety Window" is provided on the front side.
