Frame The Frame Is Fabricated From Solid Steel Plates With Heavy Cross Ribbings. Chute Clutch Design is Rolling Key Type Clutch & Its is made from O.H.N.S. Steel And Its Other Parts Are Tempered. Gears Gears Are Made From Steel Casting And Helical Teeth Cutting The Hole Of The Gears Is Machined In Degree So That It Does Not Loose While In Working Press. Lubrication The Oil Cups Are Fitted On All The Moving Parts To Provide Them A Nice Lubrication. CranK shaft The Crank Shaft Is Made Of A Very Special Alloy Steel And It Moves Very Easily On Gunmetal Bush. Adjustable The Adjustable Stroke Features Enables The Press To Meet. Stroke All Kinds Of Operations ; Even With A Small And Short Stoke. Brake The Brake Is Compensated By Spring Along with Out Centred Plate System And Hence, It Works According To Timing Adjustment. This Enables To Lengthen The Life Of The Brake. Ram Slide Made Of Seasoning High Grade Casting And Bearing Surfaces Are Hand Scraped. Temper Parts Are Tempered Where Tempering Is Felt Necessary. Standard Accessories Die Clamp, Motor Pully, Stud Driver, Motor Stand. Extra Fitting Oil Pump, Knock Out System, Tie Rod Etc.
